The Alexander Dobbin House in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania is an historic home which now serves as a tavern. “In 1776, Mr. Dobbin erected the stone house which was used for a dwelling, academy and church. It is the oldest Covenanter church now standing, and was erected while the Declaration of Independence was being signed. No doubt the dedicatory services were held during the meeting of the Reformed Presbytery in this place, August 26, 1776, at which time the sacrament of the Lord’s Supper was dispensed.” — W.M. Glasgow, “Covenanters at Gettysburg” (1888)

Alexander Dobbin is buried at Lower Marsh Creek Presbyterian Cemetery, Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
